Sarah Beam, 42, faces charges for endangering the life of her 14-year-old son and force you to travel in the trunk of a car to undergo a second Covid-19 test at a Houston drive-thru.
According to the Cypress Fairbanks ISD Police Department, Cy-Fair ISDP, An arrest warrant was issued for a Texas mother after he arrived at Ken Pridgeon Stadium for a second Covid-19 test on his son.
The KETK outlet noted that reports indicate that Sarah Beam stopped at Cy-Fair ISD’s Covid drive-thru test site at 113355 Falcon Road in Northwest Harris County and an officer heard “something” coming from the trunk and when the mother opened it they were surprised to see the young man reclining inside.
The child’s mother did not want to catch it
Sarah Beam then explained to the authorities that his son had tested positive for Covid-19 and due to medical indications he had to be quarantined and to avoid getting infected, he decided to put it in the trunk of the car.
The director of health services at the site, Bevin Gordon, told the mother that he could not perform the test until the teenager was sitting in the back seat of the car; the security cameras of the place recorded the exact moment in which the young man exits the trunk and goes to the back of the car.
“CFPD was alerted that a child was in the trunk of a car at a Covid-19 test site earlier this week. Law enforcement carried out a full investigation, which resulted in an arrest warrant. Fortunately, the boy was not injured.”Cy-Fair ISD released about the incident.
So far it is known that Sarah Beam identified herself as a teacher in the district, but is currently on administrative leave.
