Ingredients (4-6 people)

  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 c / s applesauce
  • 2 Golden or Fuji apples

  • 2 tablespoons of jam and 1 tablespoon of water (optional).

Elaboration

Turn the oven to 220º C with heat up and down. Cut the puff pastry in half, lengthwise, to obtain two bands, prepare both the same.
