My vaccine Jalisco: They open a new registry for group vaccination between 15 and 17 years old in the ZMG

On Wednesday afternoon, the Jalisco Health Secretariat (SSJ) reported that opened a new call to apply the first dose of the vaccine against COVID to adolescents aged 15 to 17 years.

If you are of this age group, and you also live in one of the municipalities of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG) such as Tonalá, Tlaquepaque, Zapopan, Tlajomulco, El Salto or Guadalajara, you must register on the state page vacunacion.jalisco.gob.mx.

“Protecting adolescents in Jalisco is of the utmost importance. The call for adolescents aged 15 to 17 years for first doses in metropolitan municipalities is now available,” the agency wrote on its social networks.

On November 19, 2021, the state registry for this age group was opened for the first time in Jalisco.

It is important to note that all adolescents who turn 15 in 2022 will be able to schedule their appointment to receive their COVID vaccine, from the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.
